General Note for Food Products:

Food products offered by the SELLER may, by their nature, be perishable, have an expiry date, and/or be unsuitable for return due to hygiene and health reasons. Therefore, the sections titled “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” and “Delivery – Storage – Cold Chain” are particularly important.

GENERAL TERMS

When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as all applicable legislation.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion or announcement, shipping and delivery fees belong to the BUYER.

Each purchased product shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days. If delivery is not made, the BUYER may terminate the contract.

The product shall be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

If delivery becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the BUYER fails to pay the product price or if the transaction is cancelled, the SELLER is not obliged to deliver.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD

If the credit card used is later found to be unauthorized and the bank does not pay the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (FORCE MAJEURE)

If unforeseen force majeure events occur, delivery may be delayed. The BUYER may request cancellation, replacement, or postponement.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be made within 14 days.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT

The BUYER must inspect the package upon delivery. Damaged packages should not be accepted.

Products must be stored according to label instructions.

DELIVERY – STORAGE – COLD CHAIN

Cold-chain products are shipped under proper temperature conditions. If signs of temperature abuse are present, do not accept delivery.

The SELLER is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

FOOD EXCEPTION:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable foods, opened packages, or items unsuitable for return due to hygiene.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For services, withdrawal is valid for 14 days unless service has begun with consumer approval.

WITHDRAWAL DOCUMENTATION

The invoice must be returned. Corporate buyers must issue a return invoice.

RETURN CONDITIONS – REFUNDS

Refunds must be issued within 10 days; the product must be collected within 20 days.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

Perishable foods, opened products, digital goods, and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, legal and financial liabilities apply.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card. SSL-secured transactions are used.
