2. DEFINITIONS

All definitions specified under applicable legislation (MINISTER, MINISTRY, LAW, REGULATION, SERVICE, SELLER, BUYER, WEBSITE, ORDERING PARTY, PARTIES, CONTRACT, GOODS) shall apply.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of food products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The SELLER must deliver food products in compliance with the Turkish Food Codex and related hygiene regulations.

The BUYER must store food products according to label instructions.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions:

- Perishable foods or those likely to expire.

- Products whose packaging has been opened and are unsuitable for return.

- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect.

11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

Products prepared according to the BUYER’s request, perishable goods, opened food packages, dietary supplements, custom-made items, and goods mixed with others after delivery.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

Standard legal default provisions apply.

13. COMPETENT COURT

Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Courts where the BUYER resides.

14. ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms upon completing the order.
